研究方向(Research Directions

1.   闪存存储系统(固态硬盘)的性能和可靠性优化

简介:固态硬盘已在个人电脑、移动设备等领域得到广泛应用,然而其容量和耐用性还无法比拟传统磁盘。本项目研究和优化基于高密度闪存的大容量固态硬盘存在的性能、耐用性和可靠性,主要体现在闪存(并行)读写访问、垃圾回收、坏块管理和纠错码设计等方面。

招生要求:

1) 电子信息、机械和计算机专业学生;2)对存储器硬件有一定了解;3)熟练C语言编程,动手能力强;4) 英语水平达六级及以上。

培养目标:

培养面向华为、长江存储和小米等存储器研发相关企业的技术型人才;

到国内外高校如美国匹兹堡大学、香港城大、中科院计算所、华科以及华东师大等深造的学术型人才。

2.   面向人工智能/大数据/数据库应用的内存系统性能优化

简介:随着大数据和人工智能的发展,诸多基于新型系统和计算模式的新技术层出不穷。然而,传统计算机系统的内存管理机制已制约了这些技术的发展,无法完全发挥其性能优势。本项目在内存性能的角度,通过分析这些应用的访问模式特征,在地址转换(TLB机制和Page Table Walk)、缓存管理和内存管理(NVM,3D DRAMhybrid memory等)三大方面进行优化和改进。

招生要求:

1)计算机相关专业学生;2)熟练掌握操作系统/计算机组成或体系结构知识;2)熟练C语言编程,动手能力强;4)英语水平达六级及以上。

培养目标:

培养面向华为、长江存储和小米等存储器研发相关企业的技术型人才;

到国内外高校如匹兹堡大学、香港城大、中科院计算所、华科以及华东师大等深造的学术型人才。

3.   基于国产自研FT-M7002 芯片的函数开发和性能优化

简介:FT-M7002是一款完全自主的高性能DSP芯片。本项目基于该芯片,针对矩阵分解、求解线性方程组和滤波器等基本算法的函数在C语言和汇编语言两个层次进行优化。通过数据并行和运算并行达到指定的性能优化量化指标。

招生要求:计算机或者数学专业学生,熟练掌握C语言,熟悉汇编语言,动手能力强。

培养目标:到国防科技大学或九所等高校及其他芯片代码研发相关公司深造或工作的技术型人才。
